San Francisco

Bay Bridge
Tony is fascinated by this bridge thus as passenger it was my duty to take pictures.

Alcatraz Island
Tony and I took the 10 am Alcatraz cruise ship to tour the island. Once there the "mobility issue" (ie 30 weeks pregnant) tram took us up the step 0.4 miles to the main prison where we listened to a quiet self guided audio tour.

Butterfly restaurant
Located by Pier 33
Tummys rumbling we stopped a few steps away from Alcatraz Cafe.  Tony downed a delicious honey bourbon sour while I enjoyed a virgin kiwi and cucumber drink. We ate mouth watering calamari, and galic noodles. Tony's added steak and I shrimp. Our meal ended with a free and wonderfully tasty cream brûlée.
We parked near the Embarcadero. Since the line was super long at the metered lot  and I really had to pee we parked at a local business lot. $15 dollars later we exited the cover lot and headed to AT&T park to find the Willie Mays statue and Giants team store.
Tony was dismayed by the lack of Willie Mays memorabilia. Although the team store was a disappointment, the Giants stadium was a delight to walk around. My husband marveled at the Barry Bonds plaques. We even ventured up to the kids area inside the park.
