Grace's STEAM Fair Project

Grace all on her on planned out and presented the Egg in the Bottle Trick (with a lot of parent coxing).  She is a natural on camera. She made a great poster to add to her video presentation. Although the trick/experiment did not work she learned that science is not always perfect and you have to try again to get the result you want.

Tractor Trip

We visited the Antique Gas & Steam Engine Museum just a few miles away from our home. Tony reediness about the tractors of his past. Lyra ran from Grace, and the rest of us. Griffin's eyes lit up at the blacksmith shop. They hold 3 day classes for youths and adults. So many in the future he will be attending classes. 

The family indulged while I took pictures. Lyra always on the ready went up to each tractor and waited until I took a picture (or pretended to).  She rarely looks toward me though. We did not explore the entire 5 acres but plan on returning soon.
